Titanova mgai plant has introduced the cold sheet metal stamping method for articles from titanium, aluminium and copper alloys, and also high alloy, stainless, high temperature and structural steel.

Titanium and its alloys represent effective structural materials which determine progress in various modern technologies. Production of titanium castings is a hi-tech business.
Various technologies are used to manufacture complex articles measuring from 10x10x10 mm to d600x800 mm and weighing from 0,005 to 200 KG with a wall thickness up to 2+-0,5 mm and error up to +-1,5 mm at the largest size
The following industrial titanium alloys are used at the plant:
Vt1-00 (astm b-367-93 grade c2), ti5al (vt5l), ti6almo2zr2v (vt20l), ti6al4v (astm b-367-93 grade c5), ti6almo5zrcrv(vt21l).
The plant has vacuum thermal equipment, that allows to operate with items with size d600 x 1000mm. If necessary, we have the opportunity to make hot isostastic pressing (hip) of casting.
Producing titanium casting, we use contemporary methods of quality control, such as x-ray control, lpe-control, chemical consistence and mechanical properties of each smelting. We also do qualitative recovering of defects, using argon welding.
Our equipment allows to produce for more than 150 tons of casting a year with number of items less than 10000.

And its alloy represent effective structural materials which determine progress in various modern technologies. Titanium, castings used as blanks and semi finished products for aircraft engines and airframes, oil and oil refining industries, chemical and medicine ( elements and endoprotheses )
